The main response that we recieved from our audience's feedback was the lack of a climax, therefore during further adaption to our trailer, we decided this was a critical point to improve due to it's high agreement in change. On approach to the trailer climax we decided to input a montage sequence which would show a variety of cuts taken from different locations and showing various shot angles from long shots to close ups. Followed by the new montage sequence is a POV (Point of view shot) which allows the audience to see in the eyes of the believed antagonist. Originally this shot only included non diagetic sound which is played throughout the trailer, however we have now included a V/O which is supposed to sound like a deep growl, a sound which would hopefully associate with the devil. Lastly to this key improvment of the ending, and after research into various existing trailers, we noticed that many horror trailers include close up intensive shots of the antagonist. Therefore to end the trailer there is now a heavily controlled in colour short shot of a close up of the antagonist. The colour control was done to add a sense of surrealism to the trailer, and to finish the audience wondering where this scene would be in the film if produced as it's heavy colour control defers the narratives typical wood/forest location into another world almost.
The original POV (point of view shot) which tracks down an empty corridor was considered to consist of nothing going on, and needed some kind of filter, to ensure to viewers that they where seeing through the eyes of the antagonist. Straight away we added a controlled red filter, and various jumping sequences down the corridor so that the shot wasn't as slow paced, this also enabled us to then decrease the trailers duration as it was currently set over timed which was also flagged up as a point to consider as we where only producing a teaser trailer opposed to a full length trailer.
The most popular area of success that was recalled back to us from our audience feedback was our match on action shot and our inter-titles. Our match on action shot which zooms into a photograph of a particular building (Water Tower), before then zooming out of the picture and arriving at the location seen in the photograph. The points made about our inter-titles was that they delivered a simple but professional look.
As a teaser trailer we wanted to draw in our target audience of male teenagers, which is the most associated target audience for horror movies, our other aim was not to give to much of the plot away, and from our feedback we kept the audience knowing some of the plot but most importantly wanting to know more.

You write well here but it could really do with some visuals to illustrate what you are talking about. Also you should take care to explore audience feedback in relation to the product as an example of horror and also as a trailer i.e. an advertising device for a movie. Also make it clear to your target audience is.
